International Orders Kernel Software, Inc. accepts orders from non-embargoed countries. However, our on-line store does not currently allow you to select your actual country or non-US state when entering your address information.  To work around this issue, simply ignore the country and state boxes.  Instead, enter your country (and state if required) along with your city in the City box. Enter your postal code normally in the Zip code box. If your country does not use postal codes, please enter just a hyphen (-) in the Zip code box. When entering your telephone and/or fax number(s), precede the number with your country code. Please note that our on-line shipping estimator does not work for international addresses.  After you place your order, we will contact you with a shipping estimate including handling and export fees.  We will then place your order on hold pending your approval of the freight estimate. If you approve the freight estimate and wish to proceed with your order, we will pre-authorize your credit card (if you choose that form of payment).  This procedure includes verification that your shipping address matches your billing address.  This verification is provided by your credit card issuer and might take from 2 to 7 days.  If your credit card issuer refuses to verify the addresses or the addresses do not match, your order cannot be shipped. In most cases, card issuers will not provide international address verification.  When this is true, we can only accept payment via electronic funds transfer prior to shipping your order.  However, for small orders we can accept PayPal if your account has a verified shipping address.  There is a 4% fee for this service.
